2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for VertexLane courses. By using our service you represent that you meet this requirement and possess legal capacity to enter this agreement.
3. Description of Services
VertexLane provides structured digital courses, live coaching sessions, and supplementary resources designed to help users develop healthier emotional regulation. Access is subscription-based and subject to fair usage policies.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to engage respectfully in all community forums and coaching sessions. Harassment, abusive language, or any conduct that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, worksheets, and branding remain exclusive property of VertexLane. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via account settings. Refunds are issued within 14 days of purchase when requested in writing, provided less than 30% of the course content has been consumed.
7. Liability Limitation
VertexLane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
